Dr. Susan Maxwell was invited to perform a solo recital of new bassoon works at the UC-Boulder 2022 summer IDRS. Compositions include Rasgueado by Robert Denham, The Seven Dwarfs by Sy Brandon and The Sweep and the Deep by Paul Hunt. Recital was in Gruesin Hall, Saturday July 30th at 4pm.
The Kansas State University bassoon ensemble and Dr. Maxwell was also invited to perform at the UC-Boulder conference in 2021, but was cancelled due to Covid-19.
